Sexual Health Lead at LGBT Foundation

LGBT Foundation is looking for a Sexual Health Programme Lead to lead the delivery and strategic development of LGBT Foundation’s Sexual Health Programme.

The Sexual Health Programme Lead is responsible for the implementation of LGBT Foundation’s ‘Sexual Health Vision 2030’. Alongside this, they will also hold responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Sexual Health Programme; ensuring that lesbian, gay, bi, trans* and men who have sex with men receive the highest quality information and services according to their individual needs. The Sexual Health Programme Lead will ensure that all aspects of the Sexual Health Programme meet key quality, performance and contractual targets, producing and submit reports to commissioners and other funders.

The Sexual Health Programme Lead will work closely with the Assistant Director – Services, to identify best practice, quality assurance processes and key service infrastructure systems for sexual health services; driving forwards the implementation of these to ensure that LGBT Foundation is offering the best possible service.

The Sexual Health Programme Lead will also work strategically; building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and networks to increase awareness of the needs and experiences of all LGBT people regarding their sexual health, with a specific focus on men who have sex with men (MSM). They will also use their expert knowledge and strategic understanding to explore and identify opportunities for partnership working and service development.

The post is for a fixed term until 31 May 2021. Regular evening and weekend working patterns.
