What Matters to Manchester: Your Mind Matters Too

Mental health is something that we all have. Despite an increase in conversations in the public sphere, mental health issues are continuing to rise and effect our personal and professional lives, and as we know, not all issues are visible to the eye.

Join the open conversation on mental health to share your experiences, ask questions and hear from some key Manchester based organisations that are on a mission to help people take back control and rebuild their lives, including sharing practical support and guidance, drawing from their own lived experiences.

We will be raising money for our charity partner of the year, Mental Health U.K

Your donation goes to a UK-wide mental health programme for young people aged 14-18, delivered in education environments. The programme will look at the main issues affecting young people, equip them with the skills and knowledge to protect their mental health and prevent long-term mental health challenges in later years. With your help, we aim to reach 100,000 young people in the U.K.
