Macc Annual General Meeting 2019

Notice is hereby given that Macc Annual General Meeting for 2019 will be held at 1.50pm on Tuesday 26 February 2019 at Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service Training Centre, Cassidy Close, Manchester M4 5HU.

The AGM is part of a wider event looking at leadership in the voluntary community and social enterprise sector. The full event runs from 1pm to 4.30 – you can find more information about this and book a place for the event by clicking here.

2019 is an important year for Macc with some significant opportunities and challenges ahead. We are delighted to be making a positive start with our AGM presenting for formal election the candidates for our Board of Trustees following an extensive and very successful recruitment campaign last year. We have looked at the role our Board of Trustees plays in leadership not only within Macc but more broadly within Manchester. Refreshing our Board of Trustees is an important step forward for us so we encourage as many members as possible to attend the AGM event and take part in shaping our governance and our thinking for the year ahead.

Papers for the Annual General Meeting are available to download below.

Members who wish to send a proxy vote to the AGM may do so but must complete and sign a proxy voting form and return it to the Macc office no later than 12noon on Tuesday 26 February. A copy of the proxy voting form and the Rules on Proxy Votes can be downloaded below.
