Macc aims to provide its members, organisations and individuals with the best possible service. We encourage individuals and groups to comment, make compliments or to complain about the service they receive, so that improvements can be made.
All feedback, whether it is good or bad, is important to us.
We recognise that from time to time there may be occasions when users of our services feel that the quality or level of service provided falls short of what you could reasonably expect.
Equally we want to know what we are doing well in order that we can build on it and do more.
Below is a copy of our Complaints, Compliments and Comments procedure and the relevant forms.
You can also use the web form on our Contact page to send us your views.
